"Ancestors never die until there is no one to call their names." ~ An African Proverb

Maternal Ancestors

I am tracing my mother’s paternal ancestors who migrated from Georgia in the early 1920’s. My direct line moved to Wisconsin, but others traveled to Illinois, Michigan and Ohio. There are also many descendants that stayed in or near the same counties in Georgia that included Banks, Hall, Jackson and Hall. The primary surnames in this group include:

Allen

Baxter

Little

Neal

Patterson

Ware

I have relatives in Talbot County, and the names Francis and Seaborn/bron run throughout my family. I would love to compare information with you. Thanks for visiting my blog!
